Delete your BodyCode account

This page explains how to delete your BodyCode account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the BodyCode app and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and associated data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@bodycode.fitness from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my BodyCode account”. We’ll verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile, workout history, body-weight and progress data, wellness logs, saved templates, preferences, and push-notification tokens.

What we may keep

• Backups that still contain your data, until they are overwritten on our regular backup cycle.
• A record that an authorized staff member opened your account (your account ID only, never the data viewed), for about 12 months.
• Anonymized AI-usage counts that are no longer linked to you.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.
